Wednesday 16 November:

RMIT Gallery: Opening night for new interactive bio-art exhibition Morbis Artis, from 6-8pm. [CBD]

Arts House: Presents Tremor by Ashley Dyer, a combined kinetic sculpture, musical instrument, and dance performance. 16-20 November, tickets available here. [North Melbourne]

Thursday 17 November:

The Substation: Opening night for Motorgenic, an installation created by acclaimed drummer Robbie Avenaim. From 7pm, free event featuring a performance from the artist. [Newport]

Daine Singer: Opening night for Kiri by Zoë Croggon, a suite of new photocollages examining the individual obsession with the body. 6-8pm. [CBD]

Montsalvat: Opening night for new exhibition Sidestreams by Fusion6, a diverse group of award-winning artists.  6:30-8:30pm, the Barn Gallery. [Eltham]

Tinning Street: New four-day only exhibition Every Place Is The Same Place, by Shaun Tan. Open from 17-20 November, 11am-5pm. [Brunswick]

Blindside: New exhibitions by Melanie Jayne Taylor, Linda Judge, and Tori Lill open tonight from 6-8pm. [CBD]

Enough: Presents Think Pink, a group show curated by Sophia Cai and Caitlin Shearer, featuring work from a stellar lineup of Australian female artists. 6-9pm. [Prahran]
