Yes, yes The Melbourne Art Fair is on and we love it but this weekend is not just about the big events. Melbourne Art Fair is spreading across the city: Spring 1883 opening for the first year, Notfair showcasing killer works as well as a number of smaller boom-tastic openings around the place.
When Monday comes tell your boss you Wrecked Yo'Self and need a day off to relax your eye balls and calm your senses. Going to work will make you feel dead inside, so just don't bother.
Spring 1883 is taking over the Windsor Hotel to present Melbourne's newest art fair. Admission is free and open to the public. Saturday 12pm - 6pm and Sunday 12pm - 4pm.
NOT FAIR opened last night at The Grace Darling in Collingwood. The Fair is open Saturday 11am - 6pm and Sunday 11am - 5pm. 2pm Saturday is artist in conversation with Ashley Crawford.
Yarra City Arts Festival ART THIS WAY runs from 15 until the 17 August ART THIS WAY encourages getting out, touring and exploring the local galleries and other art spaces around the city of Yarra. Check out the website for a map, or the Facebook page for updates.

The TarraWarra Biennial 2014: Whisper in My Mask, curated by Natalie King and Djon Mundine is open to the public and presented as part of the Melbourne Art Fair. if the amount of stuff in the city this weekend is too much, leg it to Healesville for the day.
MONDAY 18 AUGUST
Encryption Exhibition opens at the Donkey Wheel House with cheap drinks and a lot of great photography presented by CATC Design School (Melbourne Campus) and featuring Elise Arumets, a Melbourne Arts Club Photographer.
